Mirka Singerman, CPA, MS Tax

Mirka Singerman, CPA, MS Tax joined Perotti & Carrade in January 2014. Originally from Slovakia, she has lived in Marin County for over 30 years. After earning her undergraduate degree at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley she subsequently earned her Master of Taxation at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Her career in public accounting started at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco followed by tax manager positions at two local accounting firms.

From her more than 25 years in tax practice, Mirka possesses extensive knowledge and experience in individual taxation, tax consulting, multistate tax filings as well as foreign filings. Additional areas of expertise include working with small businesses and pass-through entities such as partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations. She also assists clients with their Trust and Estate tax filings. Taking each client’s unique situation into consideration, Mirka strives to provide the best service possible to every one of her clients.
