Perotti and Carrade CPAs's roots run deep in Marin County. We are an outgrowth of a firm founded in Larkspur in the 1940s. Today we serve not only clients in every county of the San Francisco Bay Area, but assist clients all over the country as well as a few international clients. Since 1986, Perotti and Carrade has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.

Perotti and Carrade’s team of 30 includes 18 Certified Public Accountants, 3 Enrolled Agents and 9 other professionals and is led by six shareholders, Denis E. Carrade, Marc S. Samborski, Kathryn E. Harris, Carina E. Miller, Tiffany C. Brenneman and Mirka Singerman.
